On the rape charge he was acquitted and Oneaday is right, you can't imply any guilt. You can however read into it that he lacks judgment when see how it all came about. On the headbutting, he pleased guilty. I can't believe the club would have taken him on if they had known he was going to enter a guilty plea only to suspend him when he did. I am therefore guessing - but only guessing - that he made a late decision to enter a guilty plea.
Oneaday - would you not say that headbutting a woman is disrespectful to the woman? I didn't mention the rape case, the beef I have is with the headbutting the woman. Lessons need to be learned. You have to respect a woman end of.
So it's okay to head butt a man then or should you respect everyone?
I dont think so. I agree with you but this chap headbutted a Women and several other women he assaulted.
There is a sort of code of understanding built on vulnerability that is enshrined in law and upheld in general by society.
Women, children, the old and infirm (mentally and physically) are all subject to special conditions and considerations when weighed against other cir***stances and evidence.
