...can we put to bed now the idea that we lost our on a good championship striker/forward?  

Clearly a league one player. 

Inadvertently,  Agard s self assessment that he wasn't good enough for the championship looks like the best bit of personal insight and honesty one could imagine .

No Ian. Give me Agard over Danny Ward or Matt Derbyshire any day of the week. Harsh to judge him on yesterday. Camp made a good save from him but he got in and hit the target and was also unlucky to narrowly miss with a header. Fine margins. On another day he gets a brace and we are lamenting the fact that he left. He is not a world beater but he is good enough to play in the Championship regularly, and is still young enough to improve.

I agree, Agard is by far and away the best. He will come good, just give him time.

Couldn't believe Cotterill took him off, he was by far Brizzles most dangerous attacking threat.
