Nice piece Paul, it helps that I agree with you & it might take a year or two in L1 to start to put the vision into place, but you will get a lot of differing opinions.

Absolutely.

The Evans love in club though will always try and compare, without the blinkered goggles they might actually see the poison in Evans' methods. He will tumble and fall at Leeds, he's just getting them to naturally where they should be with the players and resources at their disposal. The Leeds fans and particular that egotistical owner will want more and Evans hasn't got the noose to provide it. I'm just glad the person fronting our team and role model to our youngsters, front face of the club is not trying to fly to the moon on the touchline, while also thinking he can do a better job than a referee

Is Paul Davis Neil Redfearn's publicist?
I don't think many supporters will relish being told what to do by a journalist when the club is in free fall and the manager is blaming everyone but himself!

Utter claptrap. 'Find a place for Newell'. 'Smallwood played himself in to the team'. Anyone could see that they should have been playing all along.

If we've got to keep Crappers for two years then league 2 here we come. The man is clueless.

I seem to recall that Evans got all this criticism after Ronnie was sacked. Some of our fans expect instant results, and prefer to drool over past successes. The fact is that this season we have struggled, our recruitment has not proved successful, and we need to regroup. That will take time, over the years I have seen many a team go down because they have just not recovered their confidence, not because they had poor players, but because they lost their self belief.

We need to keep providing support to our team to help them regain their self belief. It will probably take a large slice of luck to help us get a result, but it will be something like that which will hopefully put us back on the steep uphill ramp out of the bottom 3.

Hopefully that will be on Saturday against Leeds.

Now that would be ironic...................
