Reserves tonight...Ground photo's

Please click link if you wish to view Ground photo's from tonight's reserve game at Staveley MW which ended Chesterfield 4 Millers 1.

A very young Millers side went 3-0 down in the first 9 minutes, with former Miller Ollie Banks netting the second, but we stemmed the flow to keep the same scoreline at half time despite only having one real chance on goal.
After going 4-0 down early in the second half we dug in and gave a very spirited performance, pulling a goal back on 63 minutes as a good surging run into the box from wide left by Redmayne ended with the ball at the feet of Johnson who turned and hit home from 12 yards out.
Mason Warren needed treatment midway through the second half and hobbled off

"A very young Millers side went 3-0 down in the first 9 minutes,"... Are you sure that wasn't our first team 11 we fielded? no

Bloody hell!

Not much to hope for in the next 5 years then.

Does anyone remember when our reserves were on fire. I took great pride in their weekly wins against higher aced opposition. Can't recall what season this was...

I think we won't the league or thereabouts.
