Crappers wants sacking now

Enough of this drivel about them being Evans players. The players and formations he is playing prove he is clueless.

Play our best eleven and play to our strengths and we might survive. We won't with Crappers in charge.

That is the worst 45 mins I can remember seeing.

Totally agree. It's as awful as one could imagine a championship team being. Hence this is not a team that can survive with this current lack.

As I have said all along, this IS Redfearns side. Not only is he manager but he is picking a team nearly everyone knows is as bad as you could pick.

No if s or buts just what you can see this last 6 matches. It's all been miles off
Yes redfern knows foit ball but a good manager does not make.

We all know redfearn inherited Evans crap but he has had 6 games to work out who's fit to wear the shirt and who isn't and he can't manage it . We have got progressively worse since he took over barring 45mins against reading , harsh I know but I feel TS has dropped a right 8ollock in giving redfearn the job and should act now and replace him asap .

I was all for giving him a chance but after today's team selection and performance the sooner he goes the better there is no excuse for that performance , totally indefencable .

Why cant we sack him so soon eh ?. We are in the brown stuff pretty deep and performances are getting worse by the week with no sign of improving . Redfearn is failing pretty rapidly but we dont have time to hang about to see if he can turn it round we need appropriate action from our chairman NOW not after xmas we will be down by then at the rate were going . Remember Rome burned while Nero fiddled .

How long is his contract for? Can we afford to? If we keep sacking managers we will be seen as a joke club.

The mind set is all wrong.

I think the board is as to blame as Redders.

All the talk was of rebuilding and long term goals: home grown talent and youth. It beggers belief.

Well it's rubbed off in the here and now.

Teams need short term goals to work to otherwise it disenfranchise s many who don't have a future. And with such long term ideals everyone takes their eye off the job than needs doing now.

Very poor oversight. School boy motivational mistake.

Another thing , it has a suspicious smell of a captain who can't sail his ship. He lists to the right and then the left. No steady as she goes. Something is way out of balance.

We maybe got lucky with SE appointment. 4 managers , only 1 success.

I understand how everybody is so down at the moment, but it may not be as bad as we think. We have come such a long way in the last few years, keep the faith.

It's success on the field which matters most to me.

I'm not bothered about who the actual manager is as long as he can produce a winning team.

However, before that happens it's down to the club to appoint the right man with the appropriate skills to deliver that success.

I don't want a stop gap or a caretaker manager.

Anyway what's happened to the former coach turned assistant manager, Eric Black?

Apparently the Final Score reporter at NYS said Rotherham were a "pub team".  How did it come to this?

Well he was wrong. Based on the that first half performance, a pub team would hammer us. I would class us as a junior school football team.

well in the real world any new starter now has to work a probation period, surely a successful businessman like TS would apply the same rules to his employee at the club as he would at his business?

I doubt it although I see the sense in it.  Doesn't seem to happen in football though.
