 Yes, it's been in my mind for quite some time but I don't want to alienate anyone. If everyone agreed in a private vote then we could decide to do that.

I've no problem with other members joining in at this stage.



Meanwhile, I'm taking my team away to take part in some orienteering. I'm hoping it will give them a new sense of direction.
