I have noticed that in every interview Redders is always unshaven. In fact, today, he looked like he had not brushed his hair and he had bird muck down the left hand side of his quilted jacket.
He was shaven post Match v Derby, but I think this was too little too late.
Evans, very occasionally would be unshaven. I can count on one hand the number of times in 3.5 years he wnet without a shave in the morning. He also took great pride in regular haircuts and looked like a dapper young man after each new cut-fresh as a daisy he looked.
The poor lack of personal hygiene and attention to detail are worrying. Not only this but Redders only has a little hair up top. So, what are his options? Let it grow a little. Shave it off. No! Not Redders. He is the only manager and probably guy I have ever seen that tries to put his hair in a Mohican. Frankly, he looks like one of the little rascals
Or perhaps an older
It is not a good sign. The players must have noted it. Lets face t it most footballers are more
I hope he does something to sort himself out soon.
He looks more like a Rymans league manager at present.

I don't think getting them playing again is on the cards: for me it's about damage limitation until January. He's made it clear that many of the players are simply not good enough/not bothered enough/not away from Twitter enough.
