Was a sterling effort from the stands. My 2 faves.

We lose every week, we lose every weeeeeek, you're nothing special, we lose every week.

And in same tune and response to town full of pedo's

We'll shag who we want, we'll shag who we waaaant, we're Rotherham Utd, we'll shag who we want

biggrin

Although downside. There were a lot of idiots there (one which I swear sat in front of me last time at ipro), who spent 75% of the game shoulder facing the pitch, getting seemingly more amusement from the derby crowd than actually what was going on, on the pitch. In fact I don't think said individual knew what football was, and I didn't hear him once refer to a player by name (which suggests the last time he went was probably Stoke City away). But the even bigger question is, why fork out 20 quid to do this, when you could go to Meadowhell and do this at no cost?

I used to follow the Millers to most away games. I stopped travelling away as I got bored with seeing the usual idiotic antics of some, who, dare I say, just travelled aimlessly along with their mates and were not even remotely interested in the actual game of football.

Are you talking about the fans or the players?

The fans were generally supportive (other than the prat halfway through the 2nd half having a go at the whole end for "not getting behind 'em" then proceeding to boooo at the end which someone else rightly took offence to).

However I have to disagree with Ex on the chants. Boring, self deprecating drivel that is symbolic of the meek youth of today.

They'd rather laze around and claim how rubbish they are rather than be bold, brass and proud (but risk ridicule if you then lose). Pathetic. Oh and Derby's fans were very happy clappy foam finger type too.

The "we lose every week" chant has predictably done the rounds loads, as has the "we'ref@ckin sh@t" and both are tedious.

Don't even get me started on singing Bobby Zamora.

Our fans are very uninventive, but supportive enough when they get the older songs going.
