Just read TS wants to concentrate on youth policy , is this what caused parting of ways ?, if so we must be behind our chairman 100% because we all want to see our own young lads in the red and white . We all know that the loan system is only a temporary fix which does not always work as the goalkeeper from Derby proved . __________________

And the model is correct just from a business point of view. Football is imploding in this country, those that survive will have no debt , be self sustained and have a good youth system at best produces the odd player, at worst returns a profit. We have 2 out of 3 and Tony is a visionary - who is correct to take that approach even if it takes 10 or 15yrs to start producing
