It matters because if Evans has gone because he's asked for more financial support, for example, that's not good.

If he's gone because TS has sacked him, there surely has to be something bad that we have yet to find out about, because up to now it's been a love-in, and results have picked up.

Steve.. If I'm going to move the team forward then we need to buy players of the Norwich lads quality

Tony.. You know we have limited resources (and I wouldn't trust you with millions)

Steve.. In that case I need to move on, I've gone as far as I can with what I've been given, so if that's it

Tony.. Collect you P45 on your way out and thank you for your hard work, don't forget to leave your car keys

Tony.. Hello is that mr redfern, about that matter we were discussing a couple of weeks ago

Note the above is pure speculation and no animals were harmed.

it is to do with money, 88 players in 3.5 years, most of evans list of players he wanted in the summer have failed and we have resulted to taking 2 premier league big earners on loan. The club want evans to make a team out of what he has bought he doesnt like being told that, also the lack of internally developed players in 3.5 years will have been an albatross around evans neck as far as the owners are concerned. Bottom line the businessman made a money decision as they rightly should do, we have a club in the championship, a good squad and great stadium and a sensible board and no debt. Thank you Steve lets move on

You are correct about the animals, Fliker. Miller Bear is safe and sound.

Going to the Scottish Premiership to manager Motherwell or Dundee United, according to Sky Sports. From the sound of his interview, it doesn't sound like Stewart sacked him.

Nice to hear a couple of direct questions. Pity radio dee Dar couldn't do it.

SE looks like he is beaming doesn't he.

SE bigging himself up a little too much. 40-50 million!!! Target was L1 and I gave them championship . Sorry steve , not quite true I'm afraid.

A little wiser from that interview . Sounds more like they had grown fed up of each other.
