No split needs to be written in stone....mrs K has left me many times but soon realises that she cannot live without me.

All seems a bit knee jerk and sudden.

Maybe TS and Steve need to sit down with a cup of Green Tea and a mr Kipling and talk about this.

I cannot see any other manager getting us any further than we are unless TS spends some money so this is nothing short of a disaster.

They need to dust themselves down , swallow a bit of pride each and get some more talking done.

Something like this should not be done after a short morning meeting.
