I love Ronnie but i dont think he can manage at this level anymore.
Brian McDermott is a no go from me - if he was a good manager he would have been snapped up by now.
Neil Redfearn is a massive NO from me - hasnt done anything in my opinion to warrent the job. Might be a "nice guy" but so what? Severe lack of experience managing a squad/team. Would be a huge gamble.
Paul Lambert possibly, although i dont think we could afford him?
Jimmy F Hasslebank - only 1 good season and a early good start at Burton - again a bit of a gamble.
We need someone who has clear experience and success at this level as well as managing on a stringent budget. Gray and Warnock fit the bill IMO.
not keen on Warnock, think he would soon miss Cornwall.I don,t think Hasselbank would be interested and to be honest I,m not all that fussed about the others. If I had to hang my hat on one of them it would be Stuart Gray but whoever comes had better not be a big spender.
I dont understand the want / admiration for Neil Redfearn? Its like the Michael Appleton fad a few years ago where he was linked with everywhere but had actually done nothing.
All I hear about Redfear is that "he's a nice guy". So what - its the CV we look at and to be honest compaired to all the names mentioned so far looks by far the weakest.
