A lot of people question his role at the club. By its very nature it is behind the scenes so that is difficult to judge. When he deals with the media though like he did today and when Steve had an 'internal meeting' last Thursday he does it well. No over-bigging up the size of the task, no bull, not very exciting, but job done. I think he should do more of it - post match as well.
