While we are on the subject of your recent MM posts as someone with your best interests at heart I'm not sure references to "backhanders" are entirely wise. I may of course have got the wrong end of the stick and this may simply be de rigeur banter between the two of you.
Maybe backhander was the wrong word ridgeway...I was only talking about any payment bigrich[not his real name] gets for running the site.
I am certain that there is no impropriety and if bigrich gets any payments then I am sure that they are paid and declared in the normal way on his annual tax form.
I hope that clears things up.
On the betting, I am only having one bet and thats Ipswich...Accys are fun but someone will always let you down, in your case Burnley..but good luck.!

Take your point on accys but as my bet limit is £10 a single isn't going to buy the claret.
K, I see MichaelDC is on your case about "backhanders". At least you got Rich to post! I can't understand how he and deano can set a site up, operate it for years, ban half of Rotherham, then disappear and say; "I haven't even logged on in months. Better things to do." Sorry but just confirms my long-held view that Rich was a bull merchant.

Swiftly back to football bets ..I've just added a double Ipswich and Carlisle.
I am so confident of the Ipswich bet and wonder why the bookies are risking odds against....do they know something we don't?...or have they made a rare error?

Get on Ipswich is my advice.
I find the whole approach to football by the bookies perplexing. In the close season they had us at 9:4 for relegation. My FinkTank newsletter urged readers to get on this as in the editor's view we were odds on to go down. Sure enough over the next few weeks odds shortened to Evens and then odds on. Hopefully FT is wrong but on the face of it 9:4 did seem generous.
