on the whole like i heard on radio sheffield we seemed to be solid and soaked up their pressure
but like the quote below when we are playing 4 5 1
'Rotherham need to maintain the solidity they showed whilst showing more ambition on the counter-attack. For now, however, a point and solid away performance represents a step in the right direction for Steve Evans’ Millers.'
An away win for the Millers this season will most likely be as rare as rocking horse sh*t!
If we can keep getting the odd point away from home it will be a big bonus for us!
In reality it's our home games where we should open up and get at the opposition, and with good backing and plenty of encouragement from the terraces we are capable of picking up enough points throughout the season to keep us in this league, again! I.M.O. of course.
When you think we've only got 21 home games in a season it makes you realise just how difficult it's gonna be for us to stay up, especially when we've already played three and only achieved a draw from one of 'em.
Perhaps if we can get seven more draws then that will bring the total of wins needed down to twelve, and it doesn't sound half as bad.
It's going to be a long hard season, that's for sure.
