Who would you play???  Remember Broadfoot has three games of his ban left!

WOOD & RAWSON would be my choice

100% agree, don't know how this loan window works if you can get him for the season I'd get Lafferty back.
Midfield needs to give defence some cover, Smallwood & Newell in front of them with Norwich loan players getting forward.

Out of interest, is there any reason why people aren't suggesting Thorpe? Is it that putting two young CBs in together is a step too far?

We've played five league games, + two Capital One Cup games= 7 Games
Broadfoot was banned for ten games.....10-7=3 games left of his ban!!!!!!

Thorpe was pants v MK Dons, we're in the poo, so not an automatic choice no!!!

Oh yes! Great news. The season is really picking up hopefully.

Guess he will need 3 matches to get near match fit but at least he is near now.

Thorpe n Rawson, yes Thorpe had a mare against Franchise FC but he wouldnt be captin at Man U's reserves if he was that bad. Both young lands but can not do any worse than the two pensioners we are playing now. Get em both in !!!

Oh n play one eyed jack up front, might be able to hit the net from pen spot or one of the other umpteen chances Derbyshire has had !!

Wood and Rawson until Kirk return the broadfoot and Rawson. Hard to beat with them playing together last season.

Why not go three at back and push up field a lot more , I know people will say we will get murdered but I'm sick and tired of seeing teams dictate how we play can't be worse than we are d oing now , let's show some spirit UTM

Don't be daft...... most Man U fans will have never heard of him. Most of em don't know there's three leagues below the Premier League!!!!!

There is always that temptation with Man Utd cast offs to think that you might pick up a gem. There have been examples like Platt and Beardsley who have been gems but a lot if them drift into obscurity. I have heard a few people suggest that Thorpe has had his injuries which might have put some other clubs off. Hopefully if he can stay injury free this lad will turn out to be a real class act for us.

Wood, Rawson, old un along side young un,

Even though Rawson is not ours, would love to see him permanently at the NYS.

Still cant believe Wood hasn't had a match yet this season.

 Just not true Brad.

Check their several forums out.

A knowledgeable bunch about their prospects.

at the time of his leaving almost all that contributed to the threads on players leaving would have kept him based on performances.

You can also find articles; that interestingly enough I researched when he came-call me a geek-but im not one to make comments like I did without doing my research. Not that I hate to look stupid or anything.

if you are interested you can google and look at his development via a couple dozen articles since 2010
