Beginning to have doubts about my sanity here. Antonio in the premier league. Didn't rate him at championship level as a top player.

Nice to have a fairly local(ish) club to go down with, Methinks Hudders might make up the three!!!

You're joking, right? He absolutely tears teams apart at this level.

He is one of the most powerful runners with the ball I have ever seen. Our defenders bounced off him in and face-planted.

At Brighton Arni had him in his pocket. Admittedly with Tweedle Dum & Teel Dee it might pose a bit of a problem, but with Thorpe, Wood, Rawson and soon Broadfoot to choose from it will hopefully become a bad memory at Christmas we'll laugh at

No Chester  I have seen him 20-30 x and he does nothing for me. I don't think he is championship class. Tends to make the ball stick and lay it off and once in a while will get the chance to run through a player or two. Prob be used as an anchor man for whoever plays in place of antonio chappie. I think they have a more lightweight version down centre left who will look to feed off him. Decent in the air.

I'm a bit biased too as it's Dougie freedman who has signed him. Awful. Of me to say but he has to be one of the most negative managers around, in which case he will play him up front on his own.

I will be surprised if he gets 8 from 40 starts  (bit random but think double figures is ok for a second striker).

The fact he has never had any real form anywhere though well thought of in barnsley spell too suggest he's a poor choice and never been hot property. Brighton could not get him working effectively last season.

For forest fans if must be heartbreaking to lose a gifted striker and Get O'Grady instead.

Sorry Ian, I'm with Chester on this. Antonio for me is well worth the fee paid. Only player to have Jack Hunt totally in his pocket (Last season at Forest).

Again this season he was the only Forest player to fear and he put plenty of that into our players. Good investment imo at £7 million
