Millers' Penalty Taker?

It seems that Derbyshire asked Clarke-Harris if he wanted to take the spot kick this afternoon.

Derbyshire is running himself ragged. Does TS see this? I wonder.

You could see as he put the ball down and walked back it wasnt going in - he has zero confidence at the moment. JCH should have taken it - he would have broken the net.

yes, his confidence was -50 when he stepped up.

Funny how strongly body language and other factors can be felt in the stand.

Of course its very difficult for a player to step aside when he feels like this.

If he has asked JCH to be pen taker he must be really shot at the mo.

Good point Brad.  I was sitting in the West stand in line with the 18 yard line.  I saw Derbyshire grab the ball, and then Green look at the bench and point to himself as if to question with the boss whether he should be taking it.  When Derbyshire missed it Green was the first (as far as I could see only) player to go to Derbyshire and he clearly gave him some genuine 'don't worry, head up' encouragement.  I might have misread it but it looked like all of the above from where I was.  We were probably that stunned to get a penalty that it took us by surprise.
