His scoring record is 23 goals in 118 appearances at Southampton, hardly prolific.
I think he is around 33 yrs old and has been playing for Chicago Fire in the MLS.
I would be amazed if Evans even considered signing this lad.
If SE is after a Southampton player it will be a young striker / midfielder.
