Fulhams thoughts on Pringle

Without wanting to bring back a dead subject regarding Prings, it is interesting to see how they are comparing his stats whilst he played for us to his stats now.

As many of us predicted, it seems him not being the main 'outlet' of the team has left him out of sorts.  We noticed this when we got Ledesma in on loan and Prings suddenly lost his freekick rights and went missing.  The comments at the bottom of this article seem to back this idea up.

He'll no doubt up his game against us, but it comes as no great shock that he seems to have gone missing somewhat.  beautiful left foot but doesn't get enough space and time to use it in this division, partly down to his lack of 'space making' speed or skill.

Without wanting to wish ill upon him after all he has done for us, I hope his poor form continues as Fulham will be one of our relegation rivals it seems.

Pringle went downhill when the under-rated Skarz left us.
Always too slow to beat his man, he relied on the short ball to Joe
and the return down the line which allowed his trademark crosses.
Loved his enthusiasm in the early years, but he was found out as a
one trick pony in the Championship.

That is a fine description of pringle and does not represent a contradiction. He is what he is.

Pringle had his best opportunity with us, the higher he goes the less important he is. It's called the food chain
