MILLERS BANTER PREDICTION LEAGUE FIXTURES ( NO 1)

Scoring will be the same as last year; 10 points for a correct score; 5 points for a correct result; 2 points for one correct scoreline.

 

There will be various bonus items as we go through.

 

Here we are again folks! Ready to roll the dice. Think science can save you? believe in your own intuitive ability or just convinced you are the best football brain on Millers Banter. It will all become clear as the tortoises and hares gather themselves at the start line and each and everyone encounters obstacles created by their own hubris. HAHAHAHAHAHA!  The cream will rise but that dosent mean you have to drink it...

Week on summary

 

Thank you all for taking part

 

A remarkable number of contestants predicted the Hull result, which might suggest the see Hull as a very solid team by predicting a comfortable 2-0.

 

As usual the millers result was the least predicted with only one contestant predicting a MK Dons win. However, mystery surrounds the 2-25 prediction, but does go to show how wild of the mark you can be and still pick up valuable points.

 

Worcester props up the table and Fliker is heads and tales above. Interestingly, Fliker would have been a title con tester last season but failed to turn up for some games causing many to speculate about his friendship with Rio Ferdinand.

 

Last years winner, Hahum, got off to a steady start and his nemesis from last season MMM is right behind. Sadly, Nez, who only had to turn up for the last game last season abdicated the crown by picking up a thigh strain while bending over to help Mrs Nez on the friday evening.

 

such are the vagaries of The Millers Banters Prediction League. Dont say you havent been warned.

 

Week 2 will be completed tonight and the league updated.
