I feel quite content we have a stable government and under the cir***stances I don't think any other party is currently fit to govern so I guess I am relieved but disappointed.

Prospects for the next five years, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Huge swathes of the NHS will be privatised and sold off to American private health companies. And give it twelve months and you will be hard pressed to find anybody who will own up to voting for Tory Boy and his cronies. I told you that none of them were worth voting for. Politics is about vested interest.Democracy don't make me laugh,it's a fine idea that hasn't worked for years.
have to agree with codger, the Labour Party are the own worst enemy. Try to be everything to all people, end up standing for everything in general and nothing in particular. Pity the poor.
The main thing for me is that the Scotshaven't got enough sway for the tail to wag the dog. They would have put exhaustive demands in place in exchange for their votes and we would have ended up with the Scots getting richer and the English and Welsh getting poorer.
If I was Cameron now I would give them full tax raising and spending control which means they have to earn what they spend. Put their money where the krankies' gob is.
I'm not a fan of nationalism and that includes English eccentricity.
The union identity is something that should be cherished and invested in. It's true that Westminster hasn't been at all fair to many parts of the UK, and in that respect, I get it.
If the UK breaks up then it will be because of the continued division willingly participated in by all the ring class over the last several hundred years.
A character from Sheffield calling himself 'Stu Dent' has started a petition to push for the North of England to join Scotland. He wants a boundary line to be drawn from east to west through the mouth of the River Humber.
25,000 people have already signed the petition.
Stu Dent says that the Eton Tory government have nothing in common with people living in the North of England.
I've a feeling Stu Dent's petition may gather more support.
Labour still think that they are the only alternative to the Tory party. That is not quite correct anymore.
What is more Labour have been abandoned in Scotland. Support is gathering for the SNP. What's stopping the SNP fielding candidates in Northern England in the next General Election? They could then push south picking off marginal seats. Let's face it Nicola Sturgeon has been banging on about anti-austerity.
Lots of people are in favour of anti-austerity.
Can Dave Cameron stop the advance of the SNP?
I can here those bagpipes being tuned up as I write.
