ground expansion closer

We are averaging crowds of ten and a half thousand which is incredible,` Chairman Tony Stewart told David Beddows of The Advertiser, 'and we now have the idea to meet with the architects to look at the time frame and what we would need to do to expand.

'The stadium was designed to be raised to twenty thousand so we know we have the base. But the next thing we have to look at is how we can get it done.

Meeting with Architect has taken place and now they have gone away to draw up the initial plans.

Looks like going to 16k first with work carrying on into the new season.

Thoughts?

Im excited-imagine one or two games with 15k in the ground.

Im worried-imagine games with 8k in the ground.

still, its the right thing to do?

Put a tier on the family stand. At moment in height its smallest part of the ground. If they did North & South stands first ground wouldn't look right. Could be used by home & away fans.
