Morgs improved no end throughout the season and gained in confidence massively. He now knows he can cut it at this level and I believe that will make him a better player and better leader next season. I would give him a 3 year deal.

I agree. He has made himself into a very decent championship defender, which having 'failed' before is superb for him.

As the season has evolved he has looked stronger and more able to get his tactics right.

I would be upset to lose him.
