4th From Bottom

We would have all been happy in finishing 4th from bottom before a ball was kicked this season, but then we played.  We have all seen the self inflicted mistakes, the missed chances and domination of periods of games which haven't resulted in Wins, all this and we still look like avoiding the drop. Its been a Season of what could have been, points deducted and a harsh lesson in Championship Football.

Safety should have been reached weeks ago but alas we haven't been able to take our chances and get the points, lets hope we've left the best while last v Reading on Tuesday.

It's crazy looking back at our performances and knowing we were the better team in at least a dozen games where we came away with but a point or none.

Maybe we are closer than we think to being an average Championship Team? Maybe its just down to that bit of quality in front of goal that we miss? Its hard for a team to come from 2 or 3 goals down but if they are only 1 goal down then a comeback is always on the cards.

I wonder what it would take to get Lefondre back here????? Value for money? I think so smile
