"THE VOICE OF CRICKET" has passed away. Brilliant player, fantastic commentator & came across as a really nice guy, even for an Aussie. He will be missed across the Cricket & wider sporting world.
Sad news that Richie has passed away, he was the voice of Cricket which many had listened to for decades. Always there to tell it how it was, in a non biased way and always a Gentleman and a great Man. A great inspiration to many, I too was a Fellow Leg Spin Bowler, some part because of what I learnt about his Cricketing Career.
Cricket will not seem to be the same without the voice of Richie giving his two peneth. Miss you already Richie.
