squad and risk management

We all see the difficulties regarding  losing morgan and replacing scarz have made. We could easily have lost pringle to Millwall.

Clearly, when EVO makes a change he has to balance the books, so every change is a big risk. Whereas every non change becomes difficult to explain when short comings are obvious.

Is there any position we would feel confident about if we lost a player?

But it was like that in L2 - 3000 centre mids and next to nothing elsewhere. Maybe 90% of players in the country are CM's and we've been sleep walking the last 20yrs?

We could do with a few decent back ups but they cost money to come to RUFC and wait and sit in the wings.

One man's injury list is another man's consistent team. For me the cb position has been our Achilles heel all season. 1 injury, international call-up, suspension or illness and we struggle to have 2 cbs. Unless you count Captain Kirk as a defender.
