Well I've got quite a few aches and pains but that's nowt to do with football, just old age creeping up on me I suppose!
I used to get quite a buzz when we'd won a game and get really low when we'd lost, depending on how important the game was, and the wife knew that it was best if she just left me to sulk it off and that I'd be my usual chirpy self after a couple of hours!
Used to be like that too Nez but you grow out of it with age and learn that theres far more worsethings in life than losing a football game, I now get over a defeat quickly and get on with other things and dont dwell on the loss. Saying that I was a bit snappy on Sunday Morning after the 5-0 drubbing.
Whatever the result I know I will be there for the next game, home or away. And after watching the Miller's for 63 years I have experienced the highs and the lows many times. So by the time I get home from the match my emotions have calmed down and I'm looking forward to the next game. We are all good at analysing what went wrong, but we then move on.

Thats the best way m8, theres a lot of crap spouted out after a loss or a win, It used to make me cringe whilst filling out of Millmoor listening to the know it alls and from those days learnt to hold my thoughts until I'd calmed down.
Well I & a few of us clapped them off at Wolves, they put in the effort, anyone that was there would tell you 5-0 was about as freaky as it gets. Not to say goals were avoidable, and we didn't learn from last April, but we created chances and had a right good go, and as fans that's all we can ask. I came out with a shrug of shoulders & ironic smirk - I wouldn't say it hurts, just more of a reminder of how cruel football can be sometimes

I think most people Wolves Fans too have said it was a freak result Ex Sometimes you just have to draw a line and move on.... Just hope we dont see too many of them over the season.
When a team starts shipping goals there's often the temptation to attack the opposition and forget about defending. More goals are then conceded if you try and chase the game.
