I like the Millers' current style of play

They don't let the opposition settle on the ball. It's more of  an in your face style of

play.

The fitness levels of the players are high at the moment.

Long may it continue.

UTM!

Spot on! And that is the Tractor boys main strength too along with set plays.

What I noticed was that as pressing as Ipswich were, especially the first 20 minutes, with pace everywhere and strength; the Millers still contained them (just).

It was a display of real strength to endure that onslaught and slowly take the driving seat.

And we've been shouting for that, for the last 3 months!

Tippy tappy sideways football gets you nowhere

The Millers have come alive. Is it a change in their diet and training regime?

It's a sea change in both personnel and culture.

With no Revell to launch it to... That's changed.

Instead of fearing the opposition, we now go out with a view of getting them to fear us.

4-5-1 has changed to 4-4-2 with wingers playing wider.

Pringle in the middle is below average. Pringle on the left is top notch Championship level.

Step up Derbyshire and fryers. Significant improvement in their areas.

Green and Smallwood have finally clicked as a unit.

Arnie and Morgs just continue to do what they do.

Finally, and this is important....for the first half of the season...with the exception of Wolves...we have had some horrific luck, officials and rub of the green. Bolton saw that change. From the moment the ref didn't give them a penalty we haven't looked back. Bolton fans could say he was biased towards us but he is the first this season. Right through to Ipswich missing a sitter on 19 seconds. Earlier this season Morgan would have been sent off and we would have been 1-0 down after a minute.

Great days.
