I tend to agree. He is very attacking and seems very motivated and as such will have an impact. He was clear he didn't prefer the midfield role on 'player' so I reckon it is going to be important for him to challenge at right back. I wonder how long/if Richardson can keep his place? __________________

Hope Hunt can defend, it's all well and good this modern day trend for wing backs who are good at getting forward. But the main job of a defender is to defend. I know that this view is not popular amongst you young Miller's, who probably think what is this old bar steward talking about, but you have to get the basics right. Anyway welcome to Rotherham United Jack, you will have my full support while ever you wear a Miller's shirt.

It's getting more rife in football, and tbh at youth level there is more emphasis on attacking play than teaching defenders. Sign of the times probably __________________ FA Licensed Coach & Referee
