We all see things in different ways, from those with a doom and gloom outlook to the blind optimism bregade.  Who knows where the season will take the Millers and if our stay in the Championship will be a short one?

Some will see our precarious position at the moment a little worrying some will see with the changes made light at the end of the tunnel.  Looking back at the last two seasons strong finishes one question is, can we rely on the same again?

What ever happens we have to be happy just to be competing at this level, playing at the New york Stadium with close to 10K attendances, it just seems a dream considering what could have been.

The Millers have come a long way in a short space of time, some say our rise has come too quickly, I dont buy into that.  We are where we are, its been achieved by hard work and yes we may have had a bit of luck on the way but we are here on our merrits.

Theres a chance that the dream of championship football continues and the Millers rise will carry on but theres also the chance of relegation and life back in L1 again.  Relegation wouldnt be the end of the world but getting back to the championship would be a hard task.

As fans we have little choice but to take what ever happens on the chin and continue to support our club. Over the years as Millers supporters we've seen plenty of ups and downs , we've been in dire straits financially only to rise up from the dead under tony Stewarts leadership.  One thing's for sure is knowing the bad times makes it easier to appreciate the good times.

You cant have a Rainbow without rain!

Your post got me thinking of how solid we would be in Division one should we be relegated.

I'm in the we did get promoted a season or two too early. But we couldn't not get promoted. When building anything firm foundations are required. We were building for the first and found ourselves in the playoffs then promoted. Hence throwing everything in to support the structure just to keep it upright. My second point is before the season started you were told we would be just above the relegation spots would you have been shocked and saying evans out?

With the results midweek I am less optimistic, but fight to the end and keep Evans.
