I realy like this lad. Think he learned a lot from tavs about going forward and is a decent defender. Yes he's going to make the odd mistake or wrong decision but is quick, aggressive and can get forward witha decent cross.

Mmm - I'm inclined to agree with what I've seen of him. Put it this way, he's got more power & pace than Wooton and Richardson. I'd like to see him play, he's probably got more about him to cover those odd mistakes Morgan & Arnie are making.

I don't rate Wooton at all. He cannot go past a man at all. Never even tries. Just a one dimensional defender.

I kike Brindley very much. But there are currently too many mistakes being made by Arnie and Morgs to add a third culprit. If we buy a recognised centre back of quality, push Arnie in front of back 4, then I agree, Brindley would be in my team now

I've just gone off him. Horrendous today.

He is adventurous, which I like, but he, like the rest of the team belong in a museum. The performance was statuesque.

Brindley is the best of a bad bunch for me at right back. We were spoilt with Tavernier last season.

Too right spoilt.

Sad thing is we cant pay enough to keep decent championship players, and interestingly, as good as he seemed for us in L1, he can't get a game at Wigan 3 points below us.

Just what is the required player profile at this level?

Just get an offer in for Tavs asap!

Weve been crying out for quality on the right all season.  hmm

About Brindley yesterday. He had oceans of room in the first half but barely received a pass. He looked good in first half but was at fault for goals in second half - That's why we cannot afford to play him until Arnie gets put back into midfield and we bring in a hard tackling, pacey and experienced CB.

Brindley will be ok though I think

He has ability. He is strong and fast enough. He is not short on Confidence.

He gets caught too much out of position, but I like him.

I think the management team like him and have been hoping it's an investment that will pay off. Is he mid table or above championship standard?

I don't think he quite will get there. Maybe! He's a tricky one to judge.
