Perhaps this was our equivalent of a verbal warning. Perhaps TS had words and said your job here is safe but we need to change what we are doing it we are going down. It's certainly all change now isn't it ????
Well, SE has already taken the credit for the initiative. If you listen to the interview Exeter has put up you will clearly here him note this to himself. I think it is quite conspicuous.
SE, to be fair has always highlighted the daily meetings and also how decisions and observations come in from all the coaching staff and if you watch the bench, most games one can see unsolicited comments going to SE at some point.
No doubt about it however that TS is very active in driving SE. Would be interesting to be the fly on the wall.
Wouldn't it just. No bad thing I think. SE should have our backing as well imo. Don't like this huge t/o in managerial staff in every Lge. SE is also learning and a change in style now is only what a new manager would do. If TS instigated this and gave SE his backing all well and good. I will be happy when key positions are settled bar for injuries asap and I do think we have time. A run of 4 or 5 games would soon put us mid table. Very tight Lge and no team can relax.
