A lot of criticism re yesterday's game on here and I wonder if the doom and gloom merchants actually saw the game...I did!
We were all over them for most of the game but would credit Blackpool for non stop effort.
The new lads all had very good games and the football was the best we have played all season. We just needed that bit of luck and we would have won comfortably.
As it was we drew because of a comedy mistake..Evans cannot legislate for that.If that had not happened then we win the game Exactly what was wrong with the tactics?
Maybe Evans should check Morgan's footwear or subscribe to 'Pitch Watering Monthly' to learn about grass moisture.Maybe he should have coached the keeper before the game on how to deal with a simple punt upfield.Get off his back and support his efforts on a very low budget
The truth is that we played very well with 4 new players in and this looks very promising...a couple of victories and everyone will be over optimistic again and talking of the playoffs!!
Evans has noticed all the criticism and must be well p..issed off as its very unfair on the man who has worked so hard and achieved so much in his short time here.
My advice is get behind him and the team and help us get up that table.

As I've stated, we had most of the play. However, with little end product and 'Keystone Cops' defending, we will struggle. We have played very well against teams this season: Charlton, Fulham and Brighton spring to mind and arguably should have won. However, we didn't and I really hope these so-called 'dropped points' will not cost us at the end of the season.
I agree we should stay behind the team as booing and the like achieves little, but some criticism in the right areas is healthy as long as it is constructive criticism. Blindly having faith (I'm not saying that's the case) is not particularly healthy either as weaknesses need pointing out.
I will take 21st on goal difference at the end of the season believe me, the worrying thing is that it may well come down to that.
That constructive criticism should occur in the dressing room in my opinion, and not with a microphone under your nose. I thought we were tidy, nothing spectacular but refreshing after the Birmingham debacle, we need to be a little more positive going forward and there's goals to be had.
I'm always behind the team, you ask about the tactics and what was wrong, in my opinion there is too big of a gap behind the front man and the midfield, how many times does our lone front man win a ball and no one is near him to pick up the second phase. As soon as Bowery comes on he is able to get hold of the ball won by Derbyshire and there is our goal. Of course as soon as that happens it's revert back and we can't hold on to the ball. Causing our own problems against a poor div1 team. Just my opinion
