Desperately awaiting 6 points

I think we are entering into the 2 games that will define the rest of our season.

Birmingham have improved a little but we should be able to beat them.

Blackpool are pap and we should be able to beat them.

Anything less than 6 points will be a disappointment, 4 at the least.

Anything less than 4 and we are talking relegation.

Thoughts please...

I don't think it's that simple in this league fella, i think any team can beat any other on any given day, really hope you're right though, of course.

4 points at least, but you never know.

Blackpool have won once in the league this season, so they haven't forgotten how to do it entirely!

Even at this early stage of the season the trend is becoming obvious and these are deffo 6 pointers.

4 is ok. Anything less is going to put one nail in the lid.

The fixtures are now all starting to take on significant importance.

The pressure is starting to build.

Including the Owls game we have 6 out of the next 8 games against potential relegation teams (wigan aside ?), including 2 against Blackpool!

On recent  form we should be thinking of taking 6 points but Brum have a new Manager and look a little more solid as a Team and Blackpool, well their dire run has to end sometime....

Its not do or die just yet although every point counts and the quicker we get to a safe total the better.

So heres to a Millers Win against Brum and then a drubbing for Blackpool biggrin

I really think we need to win these.  Yes there's a long way to go, but our don't get defeated policy up to now puts pressure on getting 3 points at home, and if we don't want to get dragged in a relegation dog fight I think 6 points sets out the intent.  Lots of those lower end clubs are emerging, or have the power to turn it around.  The 'list' of those we think will finish below grows ever smaller with every managerial change and the impending Jan transfer window.  I do fear for us if we continue in the same mould - but that's the pessimist in me blankstare
